COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a mind body therapy that works holistically, with the whole person, mind-body-and-soul. The goal of this therapy is to enhance or improve treatment outcomes for people who are experiencing mental, emotional, physical and spiritual imbalance. Mind Body therapy reveals the 'connection' between the power of our beliefs, thoughts and emotions that significantly influence and co-create our physical health, immune system, and levels of stress hormones in the body.
This is different then most psychotherapy treatments because clients are able to quickly and intuitively access "the natural healing force within" which Hippocrates, the founder of modern medicine called "the greatest force in getting well."

HOW CAN COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY HELP YOU?
CBT can help you to change how you think ("Cognitive") and what you do ("Behavior)". These changes can help you to feel better. Unlike some of the other talking treatments, it focuses on the "here and now" problems and difficulties. Instead of focusing on the causes of your distress or symptoms in the past, it looks for ways to improve your state of mind now. CBT has been shown to help with many different types of problems.
These include: anxiety, depression, panic, phobias (including agoraphobia and social phobia), stress, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder and psychosis. CBT may also help if you have difficulties with anger, a low self-esteem or physical health problems, like pain or fatigue
