I have been drinking the alkaline water now for about 2 months, with many changes noted, better
energy and digestive disorders a thing of the past, but I wanted to share one special story that I
thought was quite remarkable. I went for my normal 6 month visit to the dentist expecting a painful scaling which I have experienced since I was in my teens. When the hygienist started her examination she remarked that there was no plaque on my teeth and my gums were in remarkable condition. I knew the water was making changes in my body, but I never expected it to reduce something as hard as plaque. OUR POSTER BOY....JAKE

They call it the 'magic water' in Shanty Bay, as everyone who knows Jake, our next door neighbor, as the shrinking boy.

When Jake's mom and dad got water to help Charlie, with his allergies (story below), they never thought that alkaline water would have such an affect on the entire family. Julie, who suffered from a condition called 'Geographic Tongue' which made it impossible for her to eat any acidic foods for the last 10 years, got a complete cure after only one week. Dad found more energy, which he needed to keep up with Charlie, and Jake....well, he just started to shed the weight and was known as the incredible shrinking boy.

To date, Jake has lost over 40 lbs and has not changed his diet nor did he pick up any activity that he was not already doing. He simply drank the water all day, and took it with him everywhere he went as he does not like any other form of water in comparison to the alkaline taste. We are now selling water to Jake's hockey team, friends, and neighbors who are all sharing amazing stories with us of better health, and we thank Jake for allowing us to share his story. A DOG NAMED CHARLIE

Charlie is our next door neighbors dog. A very lovable 'older' dog who is getting up there in years. We see him every day as he saunters through the yard at a slow pace, or lays on the front porch enjoying the sun.

Our neighbors Julie and Pete decided to try the alkaline water and asked if it would help Charlie who suffered terribly from allergies. His ears were infected and red. We decided to give it to him but I requested that nothing else change in the way of his diet so we could truly see if the water made changes. In one week Charlies ears healed and a new puppy like energy was apparent.
Pete said that taking him for a walk was quite different since he was now adventurous and in and out of the ditches with curiosity and vigor.

Humans are sometimes skeptical and the mind can trick us into not believing at times, even though health changes are truly happening. Animals are oblivious to skepticism and it is what it is.....and what this is, is proof that when the body is alkaline, it truly does put you into a state of good health and balance, and the healing process can then take place.

NO MORE RED EYES

Some time ago I was diagnosed with a condition called 'blufferitis' which caused my eyes to swell with scaly, crusty and red eye lids. It was very embarrassing as I always looked like I was crying and the pain was so bad at times that I couldn't sleep. I tried the creams and potions and lotions from the doctor but nothing worked. I found out about the alkaline water at Shanty Bay Wellness and decided to give it a try with both drinking it to alkaline my body, and I bathed my eyes in the pH balanced beauty water. In less then two weeks my eyes cleared up and so many other health changes took place that there are too many to mention. I'M PAIN FREE AND HEALTHY

Pain is something that I have had for so long that I couldn't remember what it was like to live without it. Doctors diagnosed me with arthritis, inflammation, bone spurs, you name it....I had it. All I knew was I hurt and doing exercise or simple walking made it worse instead of better. I tried supplements like calcium and magnesium and L-glutamine but, only found a small shift in the pain and some days it got worse with no explanation. I met Kathy at Shanty Bay Wellness Center for a nutritional consultation and with a simple test she discovered that my body was completely acidic. I started drinking the alkaline water slowly at first, because I was not a water drinker, but increased it as I actually started to feel better. The pain got less and less and my energy got better and better, and my insomnia was gone. I started walking again and exercising, and here I am today, one month later a true water drinker and I'm pain free.
I'm grateful that I found such an amazing little health center....it's nothing like the big clinics in Barrie. Kathy's center exudes calmness and a country charm and although my story was to be about the alkaline water I want to highly recommend to anyone who needs nutrition advice or just a day of pampering, this is the place....her lavender body massage is to die for.

NEVER TOO OLD TO CHANGE

When your older and set in your ways you don't change easily to some of the holistic approaches to health, but when persistent conditions see no results from the doctors approach you find yourself exploring other avenues. My husband and I heard about the alkaline water through a family member that attended a water talk seminar at Shanty Bay Wellness Center. We were impressed and made an appointment to see Kathy. She told us about our bodies needing to stay alkaline and how my husbands gout was probably from an acidic body. She tested us and sure enough we were both VERY acidic. We started drinking the water and in only three short days my husbands gout was gone and both of us experienced better movement and noticed a huge difference in our small aches and pains. WEIGHT DISAPPEARED

My name is Taylor and I first found out about Alkaline Water from Kathy at the Home Show in Barrie. I heard her speak of an alkaline body, and I read over her information, but truly, I thought water was water and didn't see any difference as long as I was drinking my 40 oz a day and making sure it was pure, meaning filtered or reverse osmosis.

I work out several times a week, so I feel I'm in good shape, but fat around my mid section was becoming more difficult to move even with core work and proper eating. So I dug out Shanty Bay's number and called Kathy. She explained how fat can be stored if the body is in an acidic state, and how reverse osmosis or filtered water was keeping me there. She also introduced me to a test that gave me results of several foods that I was allergic to that were also keeping me in a state of inflammation.

So now I'm an avid alkaline water drinker. Have removed the offending foods from my diet. My weight in my mid section has disappeared, my core is sculpted and tight, and best of all I have way more energy and less aches and pains after my workouts since my body is now in a state of constant alkalinity.

This is the real deal people, and filling your water bottles up with acid water just doesn't make sense to me. I'm hooked.

NO MORE ROLAIDS

I'm am 80 years young, and still love to ride my bike and love life to the fullest. I eat right...so I thought, and I drink my water every day...which I thought was healthy. But, thanks to Shanty Bay Wellness Center I have been informed to things we all believe as being 'right' only to find out that some things we are doing are actually harming us. I am of the old school, and drinking from the earth...my well, is all I have ever done and the water taste damn good, so why would I change. And to top it off, it was free! But, little conditions that have bothered me like constant heart burn and indigestion have plagued my life since I was in my 50's, and taking Tums and Rolaids and pills that the doctor prescribed were a pain in the neck, or should I say a pain in the gut if I didn't take them.

So one day I was riding by Shanty Bay Wellness Center and saw Kathy outside and stopped to talk to her. Charming lady, with a personality and smile that makes you feel comfortable. She invited me in, with no appointment, offered me some tea, and we had a wonderful talk in this amazing restored home/clinic that I have ridden by a hundred times. She explained a few things to me about food sensitivity and how important it is to have an alkaline body and offered me the water 'free' to try for one week. How could I refuse 'free'. So I put it to the test and within four days my heartburn  and acid reflux stopped. I went back to see her for a full nutritional consultation which has put me on the right track to good nutrition, found out about allergy foods...I'm allergic to bananas???? And I get water from her regularly, mind you my own machine would be a better investment in my health...this will be my B-day gift this year.

THE ALKALINE WATER HELPED MY CAT

I read about Charlie the dog on Shanty Bays web site and thought if the water worked for a dog, maybe it would work for my cat. Sugar is my best friend and has kept me company since losing my husband 2 years ago. She had terrible allergies and couldn't see out of her very crusty and constantly oozing eyes. She also had skin irritation and bald spots where she had licked or scratched fur away. The vet said she was old and gave me expensive creams and pills to try but, all it did was put a huge dent in my pocket book. I decided to try the water for Sugar and something amazing happened. NO MORE PROACTIV

I have struggled with acne for many years and the only thing I found that made a real difference was Proactiv. I TURNED DOWN CHEMO & RADIATION

One of the easiest decisions I have ever made was to walk away from the hospital saying 'NO' to chemotherapy and radiation after having a masectomy from breast cancer. This was a personal journey of course, and one made with lots of research at my back. One piece of research I was excited about was the studies done on alkaline water and how keeping yourself in a state of alkalinity resulted in cancer cells dieing. When your in a state of 'acid' which happens when you drink most forms of water, juices or pop, cancer has a great environment in your body to spread and grow. So I found Kathy, a breast cancer survivor herself, and drank this water all day and kept my cells healthy, and I felt healthy, even though my diagnoses said I was sick. I also found out about I.V. therapy, which is high doses of your vitamins administered monthly or weekly depending on your cancer. I got mine weekly and drank 1 gallon of water a day. Long story short.....I was free of cancer in 4 months with every test coming back negative to cancer activity in my body. NO MORE ECZEMA

We thought there was no end in sight to the doctors visits, diet changes, and smelly creams that were suppose to take care of my daughters eczema until we heard of Kathy's miracle water. Emily started drinking it and we used the beauty water to spray on her face and body and in two weeks the eczema cleared up completely. I wouldn't have believed it unless I saw it first hand. I read Emily's story and jumped on the phone to Shanty Bay Wellness Center to find out how I could get some of this water.
I have suffered from eczema for almost 20 years. I actually got to the point that it was steroid dependent and from so many rounds of creams and pills I got very sick with candida and was off work for 6 months. I suffered depression from it as well as insecurity and wouldn't go out in public unless I had to. I didn't see how drinking water or spraying it on my face, neck and arms would help but, it did and so fast that I was sure this water must have been made in heaven. I feel pretty, confident and love my body and face again and only because I want to help others will I share my not so pretty picture. lol

FIBROMYALGIA....JUST A NAME

When I first saw Kathy at Shanty Bay Wellness Center she made me realize that in some cases Fibromyalgia is a general name that is use to describe pain that hits certain parts of the body. It's more like a title if you ask me because my doctor didn't even touch me, he just asked where I hurt and said it was fibromyalgia. A quick test by Kathy showed that I was completely acidic and after going over my diet she showed me that my food and my bottled water was contributing to this. I started drinking the water on January 10th and by January 27th I had absolutely no pain in my body anywhere. I sleep better, I enjoy exercising again, and my depression is gone. SAVED FROM KNEE SURGERY

My wife started drinking the alkaline water from Shanty Bay Wellnesss Center quite some time ago, and I did have a glass or two, but didn't drink too much as I was not a water drinker. I was determined to have knee surgery since I had been putting up with this for over 5 years and I showed Kathy, when visiting her center one day, how I could not bend down without falling, nor could I get back up, my knees wouldn't let me. So I accepted a challenge she gave me to try the water, at a minimum of 70 oz a day, and then come back to her in 2 weeks and tell her how my knees felt. Well in less then the 2 weeks my pain went away and on returning to her center I was actually in front of my wife this time on my way up the path cause I was so excited to show Kathy my deep knee bend and the ease it took to get back up with no pain. I'm sold....I'm a believer...and so should anyone else be who suffers from any kind of chronic pain.

SLEEP APNEA....I CAN BREATHE AGAIN!

I have suffered from sleep apnea for many years. It is a common disorder in which you have one or more pauses in breathing or shallow breaths while you sleep. This may not sound serious but when your doctor tells you that lifestyle changes, mouthpieces, surgery, and/or breathing device are necessary to avoid possible high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, diabetes or heart failure, which can be the results of untreated sleep apnea, you kind of realize this is serious. I purchased many different devices over the years including Respironic Therapy Systems, Nasal Masks and Nasal Pillows but nothing has turned this condition around like the Kangen water. I first tried it to put in my respironic system and found the difference between this and tap water like night and day. I felt like I was breathing mountain air. But, as I started drinking the water I noticed not only many health changes, but my sleep apnea disappeared and my breathing became normal again. THIS WATER SAVED MY CAT

I read about Sugar the cat and Charlie the dog on Shanty Bays web site and prayed this miracle water was perhaps the last chance my very sick cat and best friend would have. He had a tumor behind his one eye that the vet said was pushing on the nerves. Don't know the technical terms but, he said it was a form of cancer that would eventually affect the brain. All I know is Oscar was suffering. I watched him go from a frisky... play all the time... cat, to one that slept all the time and lost interest in food and his favorite toys. After reading the stories about other animals I thought I would take a leap of faith with the water and contacted Kathy. YA I'M TALKING ABOUT POOP!

You would think this was an off limits subject...well it probably is at a
social gathering or at the dinner table but, in all honesty how many of
us are constipated or suffer from some form of bowel issue?...in other
words we don't poop! I started drinking the Kangen water just because.
No other reason then I heard about alkaline water and wanted to see
what it was all about. I felt a few energy changes, and my heartburn
went away but the best thing was it got rid of a long standing problem

HAPPY FEET

I have suffered from discoloured yellow toe nails and yellowish skin for years. I knew it was a form of fungus and had many tests that confirmed  it in my blood as well as showing up in my nails. It was ugly and I was embarraed to wear sandles or take my shoes off. I met Kathy at the super market and struck up a conversation over the bok choy...lol.

DANDRUFF AND ITCHY SCALP

I have always had greasy hair and dandruff. My doctor suggested some toxic and potent shampoos that didn't work, and on a regular basis I used head and shoulders, but with no relief of embarrassing flakes all over my shoulders. And the itch drove me crazy. I even tried not washing my hair for 3 - 4 days  because my hairdresser told me that washing your hair daily produces more oil in your scalp, didn't work either, I just looked like a grease ball with flakes. $$$$$$ THE COST OF STAYING BEAUTIFUL

When I met Kathy and she told me that I could spray water on my face and body and it would replace my costly beauty regiment I thought she was nuts but, I tried it. I figured it out and I spent approx $75. monthly with special Vit E creams, under the eye creams, toners for mature skin and 4 different facials that I rotated weekly. I have done peals, and scrubs and still had a dull and sometimes acne prone complexion which Kathy told me was caused by both diet and my over use of chemical products. BLADDER INFECTION

In my 20 years of being a holistic practitioner I have never seen anything change health like this water. I talk to people on a daily basis about Kangen Water but, I thought it was time I shared a few of my own stories. First and for-most my biggest testimonial is a beat cancer using this water! I turned down chemo and radiation and kept my body alkaline 24/7 by drinking 70 oz a day and the cancer cells died. I have also used the water for pink eye, which went away in hours, for the occasional indigestion or stomach upsets....when I gave into the sweets...lol, pain issues from exercise or injuries, and the beauty water is a regular use for my face and body and bath. Most recently I cured a bladder infection in less then 6 hours. HEALTHY PLANT

Some may think a plant can't compare to the health of a person or an animal, and I do agree, but this plant was special because of who gave it to me and if I lost it it was like losing this person all over again.

I met Kathy and started drinking the Kangen water and felt too many health changes to even get started on but, what I never expected was to see it heal something like a plant. It was dying a slow death no matter what I did or treated it with, but when I started watering it with beauty water it came back to life in a few days. I use this same water on my face and body and for sun screen in the summer and now I use it on a regular basis on all my house plants.

I was even able to take babies from the original plant after a few months that are rooted in beauty water and are thriving. The memories will now live on with many plants. Thank you Kathy and Kangen water.
