Our four week program will include:
A VISIT TO YOUR HOME
This visit will take place at the beginning of your commitment to the program with a kitchen clean up. Our nutritionist will help you clean out the food that could potentially sabotage your weight loss and healthy eating efforts. She will also show you how to label read and what key words to look for when choosing healthier foods.
NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING and SYMPTOMATOLOGY REPORT
Our Nutritionist will spend 4 hours with you the first visit
discussing dietary needs, health concerns, meal planning
and an individualized program just for you. This is where we
introduce the missing link that will change your health,and help you succeed in reaching your weight loss goals. You will also be given easy to follow guides that will keep you on track with your eating and healthy lifestyle changes for the week. You will return for another 2 - 3 hour session the same day of the week, on weeks 2, 3 and 4 which will involve support around any struggles you are having with food choices, meal preparation, family involvement, health concerns, exercise, and any symptoms...which we hope is increased energy, better sleep and a healthy gradual weight loss.
CLEANSING
For some clients a gentle cleanse is necessary to restore
digestion, improve bowel movements, and repair the gut. An easy to follow diet plan will be introduced that will not affect
your daily schedule but, will guarantee great results.
YOGA & MUSCLE CONFUSION
You need to challenge the body's muscles into new growth that gives results of a leaner sculpted body. You will be introduced to a workout that can be done at home, saving you the expense of gym memberships or 'fad' machines. And wait until you hear how you can achieve, toned legs, a tight buttocks, better bowel health, improve digestion and the equivalent to a one hour aerobic cardiovascular workout in just 'two' minutes!
EMOTIONAL HEALING AND ALGORITHMS
A short session each week will help you to recognize patterns that surround your eating habits and give you tools to use throughout the week to keep you on track.
YOGA BREATH AND STRETCH
Our session will wrap up each week with Yoga Breath, Brain Gym and Stretch to increase flexibility, calm your spirit and
bring peace to your body, mind and soul.
