Ravens path has been one of personal growth through food. She was a vegetarian for 10 years, and then went back to eating animal and whole foods during a body building phase. She has actually tried every diet known to humankind! In 2008 she began to 'awaken' to many deeper truths, with a journey to Peru, that led her to 'raw food' and becoming a Raw Food Culinary Chef. Through an organic awakening she will excite your taste buds with delicious meals and a 'back to earth' approach.

Join our Raw Food Culinary Chef for a three week session and learn how easy it is to get back to nature with easy to prepare delicious and natural foods.

WEEK ONE: 
Giving Thanks to Mother Earth 
Learn how to make scrumptious, seasonally inspired raw foods that will leave you feeling satiated and energized. Focusing on fall harvest foods and flavours, Raven will teach you how to satisfy those seasonal cravings for 'comfort foods' that will make autumn something to look forward to. 

WEEK TWO
Juicing For The Fall Season
If we can harmonize with the seasonal cycle that mother nature has so eloquently laid out for us we can stay healthy and enhance our own bodie's innate desire to be well. Bring your notebooks as you learn the fundamentals of juicing for accelerated health and longevity!  You will learn to make healing juices, and follow simple, affordable protocols designed to cleanse and rejuvenate your life! 

WEEK THREE
Raw Hallow's Eve / Party Foods
Halloween isn't just for kids! And it doesn't have to be an empty or unfulfilling commercial event either.  Hallows eve is actually an ancient, magical time symbolic of the ultimate transformation of life: LETTING GO!!!! Come celebrate a living raw foods lifestyle with us as you learn to create delectable 'party foods' and holiday treats.   

Taste, laugh, share, and enjoy these three weeks as Shanty Bay welcomes you to join us for an extraordinary experience into healthy eating.
